Users must follow all applicable Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, telecom, advertising and data protection policies. MIGHA is not responsible for restrictions, rejection, blocking, number banning or account action taken by Meta/WhatsApp due to user-side violations.
All payments made on the platform are for service access, software usage, subscription plans or digital service activation. Features and limits may vary depending on selected plan. Service activation may depend on successful payment confirmation.
MIGHA does not guarantee message delivery, customer response, business growth, sales conversion, Meta approval, WhatsApp account approval or uninterrupted third-party API service.
Our platform may depend on third-party services such as Meta/WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers and SMS/email services. We are not liable for downtime, rejection, delay or failure caused by third-party systems.
