Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on MIGHA.
1. Service-Based Payment
All payments are made for digital service access, subscription activation, software usage and platform facilities.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- User changes mind after payment
- User does not use the purchased service
- WhatsApp/Meta account is restricted due to user-side policy violation
- Campaign result, delivery rate or customer response is not as expected
- Wrong information submitted by user
3. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical issue
- Wrong amount charged due to system error
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
5. Refund Request
Users must contact support with payment ID, registered email/mobile and reason for refund request.
